MINDFUL MEANDERINGS

It has always been a part of my self care. Journaling, or keeping a diary of sorts, is paramount for me to keep these feelings and thoughts out of my headspace and onto paper. There i can make rhen messy and clear and fun and as dark as i need. Then they dont seem to have as much control over my day to day.
