Within the Art of Living is my space to share my stories. Share my feelings and insights and to hopefully, inspire you to become the best possible version of yourself. 

In the midst of chaos, lies creativity. And in creativity lies freedom. My freedom and creativity and light come from deep within my soul - the darkest place I know - that has crack and holes. Those are the spaces where the light gets in, so that I might see. So that I might become whole.
